Eligibility Criteria of Bank Of Baroda Recruitment 2020-21:
Please note that the eligibility criteria specified herein are the basic criteria for applying for the post. Candidates must necessarily produce the relevant documents pertaining to category, nationality, age, educational qualifications, work experience etc. in original along with a photocopy thereof in support of their identity and eligibility as indicated in the online application form at the time of interview and/or any subsequent stage of the recruitment process as required by the Bank. Please note that no change of category will be permitted at any stage after registration of the online application and the result will be processed considering the category which has been indicated in the online application, subject to guidelines of the Government of India in this regard. Essential Qualification: Graduate in any Discipline from Recognized University / Institute.

i) BE (Fire) from National Fire Service college (NFSC), Nagpur OR
ii) B.Tech (Safety & Fire Engineering) from recognized university (AICTE) OR
iii) B.Tech (Fire Technology & Safety Engineering) from recognized university (AICTE) OR
iv) Graduate from Institute of Fire Engineers (India / UK) OR
v) Completed Station Officers Course from National Fire Service College (NFSC) Nagpur
Experience: Minimum 03 years’ post-qualification experience as a Station Officer or equivalent post in a City Fire Brigade or in a State Fire Service or In-Charge Fire Officer in big industrial complex OR Minimum 03 years’ post-qualification experience as an Officer or equivalent post in a City Fire Brigade or in a State Fire Service or In-Charge Fire Officer in big industrial complex
Age Limit: Minimum 23 Years & Maximum 35 Years

Selection Process of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2020-21:
SELECTION PROCEDURE
The selection process may comprise online test, psychometric test or any other test deemed suitable for further selection process followed by Group Discussion / & Interview of shortlisted candidates. However, if the number of eligible applications received is large/less, then Bank reserves the right to change the shortlisting criter ia/interview process. Bank may, at its discretion, consider conducting of Multiple Choice/Descriptive / Psychometric Test / Group Discussion/Interviews or any other selection methodologies for different scales.
