1. Product Marketing Manager: 02 Posts
● Proven work experience of 2 – 5 years in Product Marketing or similar role.
● Demonstrated success in positioning and launching differentiated products that meet and exceed business objectives.
● Excellent written, verbal communication skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail.
● Demonstrable experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, across geographies, including executive management, product management, operations, sales, and marketing.
● Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Slack, etc.
● Familiar with marketing automation tools such as Pardot, Google Analytics, etc.
● Power-user of networking tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
2. SEO Link Building and Outreach Specialist: 01 Posts
● Graduates with a keen interest in pursuing SEO Link Building and Outreach as a career can apply.
● Effective communication skills – verbal and written with a solid understanding of English.
● Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, Word.
● Must be an Internet-savvy and Internet-friendly person who can interact within multiple online platforms and build relationships with ease.
● Strong analytical skills and ability to understand, report, and act on data.
● Innovative, inquisitive, and effective problem solver.
● Self-motivated and enjoys working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
3. Technical Writer: 01 Posts
● 1 – 2 years of experience in technical writing of software documentation is required.
● Ability to translate highly technical information into easily understandable information for customers.
● Good time-management skills
● Great interpersonal and communication skills.
● Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
● Basic familiarity with SDLC and software development will be an added advantage.
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
4. Head – Corporate Sales: 01 Posts
● 10+ years of proven SaaS sales closing experience, including Enterprise Sales, and consistent over-achievement of quotas. Preferably in the HR tech space.
● Proven experience to build strong C-level relationships in the region.
● Excellent communication skills to understand clients’ needs and recommend the best solution.
● Experience in leading a young team
● Self-starter who works proactively to navigate large organizations and identify potential opportunities.
● Ability to seamlessly collaborate with cross-functional teams, including inside sales, product marketing, growth, customer success, and product
● Experience in sales tools like Salesforce and Hubspot is a plus.
● Ex Entrepreneurs preferred. Or Prior experience in Startup is a plus.
● Strong operational and analytical abilities. Metric driven, comfortable in working with data to draw and share insights with stakeholders.
● Ability to set up processes and get its adoption is required.
